The Graduating Class of 2013 will attend a midday and all night graduation party to be held at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Friday June 14. Graduates will meet in the senior parking lot at SHHS no later than 6pm on the 14th. Buses will leave at 6:15 sharp and return to SHHS at approximately 5am. Congratulations to Orlando Nieves and Ryan McKnight who received $20,000 each in merit scholarships from the LAPD Memorial Foundation. They were selected from 100 applicants from across Los Angeles county. Orlando will attend USC and Ryan will attend UCLA in the fall. Please join us in congratulating them both for this wonderful accomplishment!

AP exams can be ordered starting this week. Students can pick up an order form from any AP teacher, from the ASB or Counseling office. The deadline to order is February 12, 2013. Students must pay a non-refundable, minimum deposit of $13 for each exam by the date. Students should check AP exam dates ahead of time for any conflicts. As of now, South Hills will be administering the AP Chinese and Japanese exams on our campus. All Order forms require student and parent signatures. There are no refunds for AP Exams not used.
